Keith Erhard, Managing Partner of the Erhard Financial Group began his career as a Financial Representative Intern with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network on the campus of Illinois State University in 1984. Upon graduating from college in 1985, he became a full-time Financial Representative with the Wright Group in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

Keith Erhard continues to build on the illustrious history of the Des Moines network office through the adherence to the strong core values of advocacy, accountability, and excellence. He is passionate about the pursuit of organizational growth and the strategic implementation of the agency's core competencies. Keith Erhard Professional Accomplishments
Keith's first leadership position began in 1987 when he was appointed as the College Unit Director. In this role, he led the Internship program to the #1 college team in the nation for a record three years in a row. Keith then served as the Managing Director in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois from 1994 to 1996. On September 1, 1996, Keith accepted the appointment of Managing Partner in Des Moines, Iowa where he is responsible for the agency development, training, and supervision of over 35 Financial Representatives.  The Company has honored Keith and his leadership with the Growth Award and the agency is a 3-peat winner of the prestigious Achievement Award.

Keith partakes in various organizations throughout his community, including:
- Board Member of the Central Iowa Chaper - Society of Financial Service Professionals
- Board Member of the Heart of Iowa Student Tuition Organization                                                           - Board Member and active participant of the Lutheran Church of Hope
